Computacenter TeramMach’s Managed Mail Service is a secure email service designed specifically for small organizations and individual regulated health care professionals in Ontario to securely and confidentially exchange patient health information (PHI) or personal information (PI) with other ONE Mail users.
As Ontario Health will retire the ONE Mail Direct service in the fall of 2021, Computacenter TeraMach has been qualified to provide an equivalent service to Ontario Health ONE Mail Direct Clients that wish to continue to participate in the ONE Mail Partnered Network.

Subscription options
ONBOARDING PROCESS
Our OneLinkConnect (Managed Email) Service is now ready to take on new clients. If you are an existing ONE Mail Direct client, you do not need to register. Ontario Health will be notifying existing ONE Mail Direct clients of next steps in a separate communication very soon.
STEP 1: COMPLETE PREREQUISITES
Download and complete the User Information Sheet prior to registration.
If you are interested in participating in the Ontario Health’s ONE Pages Service, sign the agreement with Ontario Health. A confirmation code will be provided for registration to our service.
STEP 2: REGISTER FOR ONELINKCONNECT MANAGED EMAIL SERVICES
Once the prerequisites have been completed, register for the OneLinkConnect (Managed Email) Service. Once your registration is completed, we will notify you by email with instructions to select a subscription and payment options within 48 hours.
