Whitelane Research 2022 UK IT Sourcing Study Results

Computacenter has received top-tier placements across three categories in the 2022 UK Whitelane IT Sourcing Study. Computacenter holds first position in Sustainability, second in Business Understanding, and has maintained third for End User Services, with more than 79% of customers ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the service they receive from Computacenter.

The UK Whitelane Research annual IT sourcing study positions key IT service providers and is considered one of the most representative and reliable reports on the outsourcing market. Whitelane Research interviews sourcing executives (CIOs, CFOs or their direct reports) about their outsourcing plans and their opinions on service providers.
