Managing Director, Germany

Bernd Charpentier is Spokesman of the Management Board and Country Head of Computacenter Germany.

Bernd Charpentier is responsible for Computacenter's entire business in Germany. In this role, he reports to John Beard, Western Europe Managing Director at Computacenter. He previously held the position of Service Management Director and was responsible for all services provided in Germany.

Bernd Charpentier began his career as a sales trainee at Computacenter in 1997 and later worked as a Key Account Manager. In 2005, as Head of Sales, he assumed overall responsibility for the data processing business in the West Region. As Big Deal Manager Workplace, in 2007, he continued to focus sales on the IT workstation. He then concentrated on the financial sector as Client Director and as Deal Executive BECS (Business Enablement & Contractual Services) focused on Managed Services customers. In 2016, he was appointed as Sector Director West and appointed to the Computacenter Germany Management Board.

Tilmann Gramß

Managing Director

Tilmann Gramß is Managing Director and Service Management Director at Computacenter Germany. He reports to Bernd Charpentier, Spokesman of the Management Board.

In 2018, Tilmann joined Computacenter to lead the Service Management Unit for financial services customers in Frankfurt. From 2021, he was then responsible for Delivery Leadership in Germany in Group Delivery (now GMS) focusing on quality, costs, and the relevance of our Managed Services. Since the beginning of 2024, he has been Managing Director and Service Management Director. In this role, he is responsible for all services provided in Germany.

Gramß began his professional career in 1998 as a Messaging & Collaboration IT Specialist at Deutsche Bank and moved to IBM in 2003. At IBM he held various professional and management roles and was leading global delivery units for near- and offshore as well as the Security, Risk & Compliance Unit for IBM's outsourcing sector in Germany. He was also responsible for Service Management at a large financial services provider.

Tilmann Gramß is married and has three children.

Karl-Heinz Reitz

Managing Director

Karl-Heinz Reitz (born in 1971) is the Managing Director, Human Resources at Computacenter Germany. Reitz is responsible for the Compensation & Benefits and Leadership & Talent Management Departments across the Group. He reports to Sarah Long, Chief People Officer, and is a member of the Computacenter Group Executive Management. In addition, as HR Director, he is responsible for cooperation with the general and individual Works Councils.

Before joining Computacenter, Karl-Heinz Reitz worked for five years at Unitymedia, where he was responsible for the HR Business Partner Department and Organisational Development. From 2004 to 2012, he held various positions at SAP SE, most recently that of Vice President Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development. Reitz began his career in the Change Management Department at CapGemini Consulting. Karl-Heinz Reitz is an active member of the German Federal Association of HR Managers (BPM) where he heads the specialist Change Management Group. In addition, he is a voluntary advisory for the “Changement” business magazine.

Reitz is married, has two children, and lives with his family in Cologne.

Claus Magiera

Service Director

Claus Magiera is Service Director and heads the Service Engagement division at Computacenter in Germany. His area of responsibility includes service management in selected complex outsourcing and managed services contracts. He reports to Tilmann Gramß, Managing Director and Service Management Director at Computacenter Germany.

Claus Magiera started his career at Computacenter in 1991 as a trainee in systems consulting. He advised various key accounts and later took over service responsibility in the West region. As sales manager, he was responsible for key accounts in the telecoms segment from 2003. He was then given nationwide service responsibility in the Corporate Division, the business area for large corporate customers. As Service Director, he was responsible for on-site service provision for customers in the North, Centre and West regions from 2007 and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2009. Since 2014, he has been working in the area of complex outsourcing and managed services situations for our customers, particularly in the transition and transformation phase.
