Reiner Louis
Managing Director Germany
Reiner Louis (born in 1961) is the Managing Director of Computacenter Germany and is responsible for all Computacenter's business in Germany. In this capacity he reports to Mike Norris, Group CEO. Reiner Louis came to Computacenter in 1994 as Head of Customer Services and held various management positions over the next ten years. He was the first person to design and implement service management systems at Computacenter. In addition, he led various projects aimed at centralising services. From 2004 to 2008, Reiner broadened his knowledge in various roles outside Computacenter and gained experience of other market segments, including leading a service company focusing on data center outsourcing for financial service providers. On returning to Computacenter, he initially headed up the IT Solutions & Outsourcing department. In this position, he was responsible for the 500-strong Consulting Organisation, the entire Partner Management and Managed Services/Outsourcing departments. In 2012, he assumed full responsibility for Sales at Computacenter Germany. Since November 2014, Reiner Louis has been a member of the main board of BITKOM (German Association for Information Technology).
Reiner Louis graduated in Management Studies from the University of Mannheim. He lives in Hamburg, is married and has three children.
Karl-Heinz Reitz
Managing Director
Karl-Heinz Reitz (born in 1971) is the Managing Director, Human Resources at Computacenter Germany. Reitz is responsible for the Compensation & Benefits and Leadership & Talent Management Departments across the Group. He reports to Sarah Long, Chief People Officer, and is a member of the Computacenter Group Executive Management. In addition, as HR Director, he is responsible for cooperation with the general and individual Works Councils.
Before joining Computacenter, Karl-Heinz Reitz worked for five years at Unitymedia, where he was responsible for the HR Business Partner Department and Organisational Development. From 2004 to 2012, he held various positions at SAP SE, most recently that of Vice President Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development. Reitz began his career in the Change Management Department at CapGemini Consulting. Karl-Heinz Reitz is an active member of the German Federal Association of HR Managers (BPM) where he heads the specialist Change Management Group. In addition, he is a voluntary advisory for the “Changement” business magazine.
Reitz is married, has two children, and lives with his family in Cologne.

Bernd Charpentier
Director Service Management
Bernd Charpentier is a Director Service Management and responsible for all services delivered to German based customers, for implementing the company’s service strategy and for overall customer satisfaction regarding service quality. He reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany. Bernd Charpentier began his career as a sales trainee at Computacenter in 1997 and later worked as a Key Account Manager. In 2005, as Head of Sales, he assumed overall responsibility for the data processing business in the West Region. As Big Deal Manager Workplace, in 2007, he continued to focus sales on the IT workstation. He then concentrated on the financial sector as Client Director and as Deal Executive BECS (Business Enablement & Contractual Services) focused on Managed Services customers. In 2016, he was appointed as Sector Director West and appointed to the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
Detlef Linde
Director Line of Business Sales
Detlef Linde heads the Line of Business Sales Department and therefore has overall responsibility for hardware, software and product-orientated services. He reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany. After becom Informationssysteme GmbH was taken over by Computacenter in 2009, Detlef Linde (who had been Managing Director 2008-2009) headed their sales department at Computacenter. March 2008 to July 2009, he was a member of the TDMi AG Executive Board. At the beginning of 2007, he took over the duties of Chief Operating Officer (COO) there. In early 2007, he assumed the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer (COO). He had previously worked as COO of the international group, becom Group Holding B.V. and as managing partner of becom Informationssysteme GmbH.
Angelika Benten
Sector Director, South
Angelika Benten is Sector Director and responsible for all customer sales in the South Region. She reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany. Angelika began her career at Computacenter in 1999 as an Internal Sales Manager in the West Region and later across Germany. In 2002, as Six-Sigma Project Manager, she supported the realignment of Computacenter’s automation and CRM. In 2004, she returned to sales, where she initially headed the New Customer team, followed by Customer Sales in Munich from 2008.
In 2015, Angelika Benten was appointed as a member of the Computacenter Management Board.
Fritz Scheffer
Sector Director, North/Central
Fritz Scheffer is Sector Director and responsible for all customer sales in the North and Centre regions. He reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany. Fritz Scheffer started at Computacenter in 1999 as Key Account Manager for savings bank finance customers. As Client Director, in 2003, he assumed responsibility for a regional sales team and was assigned the role of Director Vertical Finance in 2005. Since 2009, he has been responsible for all customer sales in the North and Central regions. In 2015, he was asked to join the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
Manfred Lieske
Sector Director, Public
Manfred Lieske is Sector Director and is responsible for sales to clients from the public sector as well as the strategic development of the business area. He reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany . Manfred Lieske started as a sales trainee in 1997 and then worked as a key account manager. In 2005, as Client Director, he took over responsibility for all federal authorities in the newly founded Public division. In 2014, he was appointed Sector Director Public and thus assumed overall responsibility for the Public sector. Since 2015, he has been a member of the management of Computacenter Germany.
Peter Pohl
Director International Key Accounts
Peter Pohl is Director International Key Accounts and is responsible for sales for international key accounts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Peter Pohl started working for Computacenter in 1988 as a software consultant and later as a systems engineer. In 1993, he moved to Sales where he occupied various posts. Since 2006, he has been responsible for developing international key accounts and sales in this domain. In 2015, Peter Pohl was appointed to the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
Robert Houser
Sector Director, West
Robert Houser is a Sector Director and responsible for all customer sales in the West Region. He reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany. Robert Houser joined Computacenter in 1999. At that time, he started in consulting, and after a stint in Alliance Management, he moved to sales in 2005. Here he first worked as an account manager for one of the leading German car manufacturers and from 2008 as a client director for a major European aircraft manufacturer. Since 2016, he has been Client Director for another leading car manufacturer and developed Computacenter’s managed services business with the customer. At the end of 2021, Robert Houser was appointed to the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
Thomas Garn
Sector Director, International
Thomas Garn is Sector Director and responsible for sales to international key account customers in Germany. He reports to Reiner Louis, MD, Germany. Thomas Garn joined Computacenter as a sales trainee in 1998 and later worked as Account Manager and Key Account Manager. In 2004, he was entrusted with the task of building up a business development team. He then assumed responsibility for sales in the Rhineland region as Sales Manager, and later as Unit Director. Since 2009, he has been responsible for International Accounts, initially as Area Director, and since 2013 as Sector Director. Since 2015, Thomas Garn has been a member of the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
Claus Magiera
Director, Service Take-On (Managed Services)
Claus Magiera is Director, Service Take-On (Managed Services) and responsible for all Transition & Transformation projects in the Outsourcing and Complex Managed Services Departments. He reports to Daniela Kühne, member of the Management Board. Claus Magiera joined Computacenter in 1991 as a trainee in system consulting. He worked as a consultant for key accounts and was then responsible for Services in the West Region. As Head of Sales from 2003, he was responsible for key accounts in the telecom segment. He was then given nationwide responsibility for services to major corporate customers. From 2007 as Service Director, he was responsible for providing on-site services to customers in the North, Centre and West regions and was asked to join the Management Board in 2009. Since 2014, he has been a Service Director in the T&T Department.
Liane Artmann
Sector Service Director, International
Liane Artmann is a Sector Service Director and responsible for providing services to international customers in Germany. She reports to Bernd Charpentier, Director Service Management. Liane Artmann joined Computacenter in 2017 as a Service Director and was responsible for a global customer. She then took over an additional customer unit in the West region. Before joining Computacenter, Liane Artmann held various management positions at Hewlett Packard and DXC Technology in both England and Germany. Her focus is on IT outsourcing, building global managed service accounts, transition & transformation and service management. At the beginning of 2022, Liane Artmann was appointed to the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
Ludwig Distler
Sector Service Director, Public Sector
Ludwig Distler is responsible for service delivery to all customers in the public sector in Germany. He joined the company in 1994 as a systems engineer on high availability and SAP/3 solutions in large customer environments. Since 1999, Ludwig has held various roles in service management and was responsible for service delivery in Sector South as Sector Operations Director from 2015. In 2019, he was appointed Sector Service Director Public and has been a member of the Executive Board since then.
Martin von Köckritz
Sector Service Director, South
Martin von Köckritz is responsible for service delivery to our customers in the Sector South. Before joining Computacenter, he held various management positions at Siemens Business Services, Atos and T-Systems. In these roles, he was responsible for many years for service contracts with DAX-30 customers as well as process improvements and restructuring in service management in Germany and Belgium. Before joining Computacenter in 2019, Martin von Köckritz was most recently Vice President Sales & Service for the South Division at T-Systems.
Michael May
Sector Service Director, West
Michael May is responsible for service delivery to our customers in the Sector West. Michael's career at Computacenter began in 1998 as a trainee system engineer. He then held various service management positions, including managing the data center solutions area as regional manager and then the data center engineering area across Germany. In 2013, Michael became Area Service Manager and shortly afterwards as Sector Operations Director with responsibility for customers in the North/Central region. Since 2020, he has led the West Sector as Sector Service Director.
Marc Fiedler
Head of Commercial Finance DE
Marc Fiedler is Head of Commercial Finance Germany and responsible for the Commercial Finance Department and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Germany. He reports to Keith Mortimer, Group Head of Commercial Finance. Marc Fiedler began his career at Computacenter in 1999 as manager of the Commercial Finance Department, initially for the North/East region and later for all of Germany. In 2004, he was appointed as an authorised signatory. From 2005, Marc Fiedler was responsible for the M&A Germany Department. In this role, he was responsible for the acquisition of various companies, which he supported as General Manager until they became fully integrated. In 2015, Marc Fiedler was asked to join the Computacenter Germany Management Board.
