Neil Hall
President, Computacenter North America
Neil leads Computacenter’s North American business.
Neil joined Computacenter in 2001 with the acquisition of GE-CITS UK, and has held leadership positions in the UK and Germany for more than 15 years.
From 2013 – 2016, Neil led the Group’s strategic development in contractual services, including architecture, commercial offerings and client engagements. Between 2016 - 2022 he successfully lead our UK and Ireland business as Managing Director.
Justin Griffin
SVP, US Sales
Justin joined Computacenter US in 2007 and is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, and Partner Management teams within the US business.
Before joining Computacenter, Justin led a Professional Services team at MTI Technology and worked in various roles at Accenture. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Matt Girardot
SVP, Head of Legal (North America)
Matt provides legal guidance and strategic advice to drive and protect the business. He is privileged to lead an impressive team of lawyers and professionals in advising our business units in complex and strategic transactions, employee matters, corporate governance, IP protection and commercial litigation.
Prior to Pivot, he spent six years as Senior Counsel for one of the largest privately held energy companies in the US where he designed and implemented a full contract life cycle management system. He graduated from University of Georgia School of Law.
Wendy Coticchia
SVP, Head of Compliance (North America)
Wendy leads a team responsible for compliance, risk management, and strategic advice to Computacenter North America. She serves as a key legal advisor across the company and to its executive team.
Prior to Computacenter, as Head of Compliance for Pivot, Wendy Coticchia was an integral part of Pivot’s strategic risk management and was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the corporate compliance program. Wendy has over 20 years of experience advising enterprise and mid-sized corporations. She joined Pivot in 2014 as VP and General Counsel, and has continuously provided strategic risk management and legal advice. In 2016, she assumed the additional role of Compliance Officer, and since that time has built a strong ethical and compliance framework for the Pivot family of companies. She was named Chief Compliance Officer in 2018. Prior to joining Pivot, Wendy worked extensively in the financial services industry, within the corporate legal departments of Charles Schwab and Nationwide Insurance, and was Of Counsel to Jacko Law Group. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
Dennis Hatch
SVP, Human Resources
Dennis Hatch has served as Vice President, Human Resources of Computacenter US since 2015, focusing on culture and employee engagement as well as being responsible for hiring, benefits, performance management and HR policies. Before joining Computacenter, Dennis spent 20 years at Sonesta Hotels, where he held various senior HR leadership roles such as Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Director of Employee Engagement.
Dennis earned his bachelor's degree from Boston College in Economics while minoring in Human Resources.
Mike Flanagan
SVP, Group Development & CTO
Mike's goal is to continually develop and deliver an industry-leading services portfolio which enables our clients to provide modern IT services, reduce IT spend, increase speed to market and better align with business needs.
Mike Flanagan became Pivot CIO/CTO in 2018, having joined Pivot in 2016 as EVP of the Integrated IT Services Portfolio & Technology Solutions, focused on developing end user managed services and managing Pivot’s portfolio. Prior to joining Pivot, Mike spent over 20 years at CompuCom working in various Business Development, IT Operations, Professional Services and Integration Center Services roles. Most recently, he served as the VP of End User Managed Operations Services, Product Development, and Strategic Direction in CompuCom’s largest business Unit: End User Enablement. Mike was responsible for maintaining and growing CompuCom’s $759 million EUE services portfolio, which was accomplished by developing and launching new services and managing an industry-leading service delivery capability for End Point Operation Management services. Prior to joining CompuCom, Mike spent 10 years in the Telco repair business at CTDI responsible for new product development and operational management for repair of central office and cellular-based equipment. Mike also has participated in hundreds of strategic development and planning sessions with industry analysts and key leaders of large Fortune 1000 enterprise clients.
Bob Frauenheim
CEO Computacenter - Business IT Source
Bob is President of Business IT Source (BITS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Computacenter in United States since July 2022, focused on the Midwest region. Bob founded BITS in 2009 with his brother Dan, along with CPCS associates Jack Mellor and Matt Walsh, started Business IT Source. Under Bob's leadership, BITS was ranked as one of the fastest-growing companies every year from 2012-2022 by Computer Reseller News and is a top-tier partner for all major IT manufacturers.
Bob received a degree in business and economics from DePauw University and an MBA from Notre Dame. Bob started his career with IBM in 1984, and in 1991, Bob and his brother Dan founded their first Value Added Reseller, Entre Computer Center, which GE Capital ITS ultimately acquired in 1996. In 1998 they then started Corporate PC Source, which Zones acquired in 2003.
Jason Kraft
SVP, Technology Sourcing Operations, North America
After a 10-year career at AT&T, Jason joined FusionStorm in 2007 to start a carrier sales division within the company, ultimately becoming responsible for the Western United States, and growing that region into a $2 billion territory. In October of 2018, FusionStorm was acquired by Computacenter.
In June of 2023, Jason was promoted to Senior Vice President of Technology Sourcing for North America. In this role, he is responsible for Partner Alliances, Partner Management, Inside Sales and Procurement. Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University of Chico in Communications-Journalism .He sits on various technology partner advisory boards and lives in Northern California with his wife of 25 years, Shelley.
