Working at Computacenter in Spain
Computacenter opened the first Spanish office in the heart of Barcelona's technological and business district: Poblenou. It started with just a few people in 2005 and today there are almost 600 of us. We provide the world-class technology support in seven languages. With people from all around the world, we are a diverse and multicultural team, supporting each other across our business areas. Building together. I joined Computacenter in 2009 as a First Line Analyst position, progressing in 2012 to Senior Analyst. After 2 years, through the Talent program I became a Team Leader, and then in 2021 I was promoted as Business Operations Manager. I am enjoying these challenges and responsibilities; what I like the most is the company’s working culture, where people really matter.
Great place, great career! I started as a First Line Analyst and can remember taking my first calls and trying to help as quickly as possible. I then worked as a Senior Analyst and through the Talent Program became a Team Leader, my role for over 6 years. My biggest learning has been listening to people, taking on board what they say, and then being able to help them.
