It has been a difficult and stressful time for everyone but we’re incredibly proud of the commitment and can-do attitude of our teams. We have helped people, customers and communities to stay connected and productive while providing priority help to key Government institutions and Critical National Infrastructure organisations to respond to the pandemic.
Working together, we have:
- Sourced & deployed hundreds of thousands of devices to support remote working and improved collaboration;
- Transformed VDI & Cloud platforms, expanded the capacity of remote access infrastructure and data centers;
- Managed huge spikes in incident volumes and adapted support models to meet new challenges.
We continue to maintain all services to our customers while looking after the health, safety and welfare of our teams. Nearly 12,000 of our 16,000 people globally are able to work from home including our Technology Sourcing operations, Consultancy, Service Desk and Infrastructure Operations teams. Our on-site & field engineers continue to support our customers and our Integration Centers are all fully operational, subject to Government safety guidelines.
We’re now working together with our customers to help them respond to evolving Government guidelines for protecting colleagues and re-opening facilities while finding new ways of working and thriving in our changed environment.
There has been an amazing spirit of partnership between our people, our customers and our partners to overcome challenges and innovate together to find solutions. We know that the months ahead will bring new challenges. Our commitment is that we will continue to do everything we can to enable the success of our customers and help them achieve their goals.

GEMEINSAM MIT IHNEN VIEL ERREICHT, Coronavirus-Update
Vielen Dank allen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Kunden und Partner für die Zusammenarbeit beim Eindämmen der Auswirkungen der Coronavirus-Krise. Es war und ist eine schwierige Zeit für alle und wir sind sehr stolz auf das Engagement und die Can-Do-Haltung unserer Teams. Wir haben Menschen, Kunden und Communities dabei geholfen, in Verbindung und produktiv zu bleiben. Und wir haben wichtige Regierungsinstitutionen und Organisationen, die kritische nationale Infrastrukturen betreuen, bei der Reaktion auf die Pandemie unterstützt.
Gemeinsam haben wir :
- hunderttausende Geräte beschafft und in Betrieb genommen, um mobiles Arbeiten und eine bessere Zusammenarbeit zu unterstützen;
- VDI- und Cloud-Plattformen transformiert sowie Kapazitäten von Remote-Infrastrukturen und Rechenzentren erweitert;
- enorme Spitzen bei den eingehenden Support-Calls bewältigt und Support-Modelle an die neuen Herausforderungen angepasst.
Wir halten weiterhin alle Services für unsere Kunden aufrecht und kümmern uns zugleich um die Gesundheit, Sicherheit und das Wohlergehen unserer Teams. Nahezu 12.000 unserer weltweit 16.000 Mitarbeiter können von zu Hause aus arbeiten, darunter auch Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Bereichen Technology Sourcing, Consulting, Service Desk und Infrastructure Operations. Zudem unterstützen unsere Techniker Kunden weiterhin an deren Standorten, unsere Integration Center sind alle voll einsatzfähig und selbstverständlich halten wir bei der Serviceerbringung alle Sicherheitsrichtlinien der Regierungen ein.
Wir arbeiten mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihnen zu helfen, auf neue Regierungsrichtlinien zum Schutz von Mitarbeitern und in Bezug auf die Wiedereröffnung von Einrichtungen zu reagieren. Gleichzeitig unterstützen wir sie dabei neue Wege der Zusammenarbeit zu finden und sich in einem nun veränderten Umfeld erfolgreich zu entwickeln.
Es herrscht ein Geist der Partnerschaft zwischen unseren Mitarbeitern, Kunden und Partnern, um Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu finden. Die kommenden Monate werden neue Herausforderungen bringen. und wir werden weiterhin alles dafür tun, damit unsere Kunden erfolgreich sein können und ihre Ziele erreichen.

Merci à nos collaborateurs, clients et partenaires de travailler ensemble pour limiter l'impact de la crise du coronavirus. Ce fut une période difficile et stressante pour tout le monde, mais nous sommes incroyablement fiers de l'engagement et de l'attitude positive de nos équipes. Nous avons aidé nos collaborateurs, nos clients ainsi que différentes communautés à rester connectés et productifs tout en apportant une aide prioritaire aux principales institutions gouvernementales et aux organisations chargées des infrastructures nationales critiques pour faire face à la pandémie.
Grâce à notre travail commun :
- Nous avons fourni et déployé des centaines de milliers de matériels rendant possible le télétravail et améliorant la collaboration ;
- Nous avons transformé les plateformes VDI et Cloud, étendu la capacité des infrastructures d'accès à distance et des datacenters ;
- Nous avons géré des pics énormes dans les volumes d'incidents et adapté les modèles de support pour répondre aux nouveaux défis.
Nous continuons à maintenir tous les services à nos clients tout en veillant à la santé, la sécurité et le bien-être de nos équipes. Près de 12 000 de nos 16 000 collaborateurs dans le monde peuvent travailler depuis leur domicile, y compris nos équipes Technology Sourcing, Consulting, Service Desk et d'exploitation des infrastructures. Nos ingénieurs sur site et sur le terrain continuent à assurer le support de nos clients et nos centres d'intégration sont tous pleinement opérationnels, sous réserve des directives de sécurité du gouvernement.
Nous collaborons désormais avec nos clients pour les aider à répondre à l'évolution des directives gouvernementales en matière de protection des collaborateurs et de réouverture de sites, tout en trouvant de nouvelles façons de travailler et de prospérer dans notre nouvel environnement.
Il y a eu un esprit de partenariat étonnant entre nos collaborateurs, nos clients et nos partenaires, pour surmonter les difficultés et innover ensemble pour trouver des solutions. Nous savons que les mois à venir apporteront de nouveaux défis. Nous nous engageons à continuer à faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour permettre la réussite de nos clients et les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.
