A Place Where People Matter
We are proud to be a place where people truly matter. People are our biggest asset, and we strive to create a fantastic working culture where everyone can learn, earn and have fun. We build strong, rewarding, supportive relationships. And we treat people as we expect them to treat us.
We may be one of the biggest providers of IT in the world, yet we still have a real family feel.

A diverse and inclusive workplace
Having a diverse and inclusive workplace is vital to ensuring Computacenter’s strength as a global business, enabling us to:
✓ Attract and retain the best talent
✓ Be more innovative and forward thinking
✓ Understand and reflect our diverse customers
✓ Learn from the diverse experiences, skill sets and ways of thinking that our employees provide.
We want to create a working culture where everyone can be themselves; where they are valued, respected and supported to reach their full potential.
Our People Panel
Chaired by CEO Mike Norris, our People Panel has been set up to help promote a fair and inclusive culture, research best practice and promote this across the business. To focus our efforts, we have concentrated on six pillars of Diversity and Inclusion within the organisation:
- Accessibility and wellbeing
- Life balance
- Future talent
- Focus on women
Giving back to the Community
We’re committed to helping inspire the younger generations to pursue careers in tech, often attending events at schools up and down the country to offer advice and run careers workshops for students of all ages. We’re particularly focused on inspiring women and girls into careers in STEM, with our 2019 efforts reaching 13,000 young women and girls in total.
Our dedicated Charities Committee work hard to ensure we have plenty of activities running throughout the year to help raise money for our nominated charity partners; Dementia UK, The British Heart Foundation and Make A Wish UK.
