Computacenter received the award for their unique Next Generation Service Desk solution and innovative deployment processes that enabled Hays Recruitment to digitally transform their service desk, shifting behaviour amongst international workforces and improving productivity.
Established in 2014, The Aecus Innovation Awards were created to encourage innovation excellence and celebrate the best examples from the outsourcing and services landscape. The award is bestowed on projects that highlight how providers and clients are working together in new ways to create value.
