Computacenter has been positioned as Leader across three categories in the recent study: ISG Provider Lens™ - Software Defined Solutions and Services, Germany 2022.
Leader status was attained in SDN Transformation Services (Consulting & Implementation), Enterprise Networks Technology and Service Suppliers, and in the new category Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
For SD Transformation Services (Consulting & Implementation), Computacenter achieved its Leader status by focusing directly on customer needs and developing strong technology partnerships. ISG stated: ‘Computacenter has powerful, proven transformational consulting and implementation skills in Germany.’ Customers benefit from PoC services and the integration of different providers in one solution, which are specifically tailored to their needs. The ISG experts particularly highlight Computacenter’s focus on digital business transformation by aggregating multiple services into a single solution.
In the Enterprise Networks Technology and Service Suppliers section, analysts attest to the IT service provider's extensive experience with software-defined products: ‘Computacenter has solid expertise across SD networking products within a transformation context. The IT service provider offers dedicated network test/PoC environments for its customers, enabling the evaluation of potential networking solutions before implementation.’
Within the newly formed Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) category, ISG emphasises the role of IT security, especially in (multi-)cloud environments, which can only be fulfilled by software-defined networks. ‘Computacenter offers agnostic SASE advisory, planning, design, and implementation services.’ The analyst underlines Computacenter's approach, in which all architecture and product requirements are tailored to the needs of the individual customer.
