Traditional staff augmentation models place resources with customers to perform duties at their direction. Staffing vendors have little interaction with resources after placement nor communications with the customers to ensure their goals are being achieved. Computacenter sets a different standard for managed staffing. By assigning Service Managers to each contract, the customer experience is enhanced. Service Managers work with Computacenter Account Executives to grow relationships with Customers and to learn the customer environments to become staffing partners, not just a vendor.
