I joined as a First Line Analyst for Italian and English-speaking customers. Through a development pathway, I now train Computacenter colleagues worldwide. The people in this company have given me opportunities to thrive and grow, to show my potential in a positive and open-minded environment.
I started in November 2018 as a First Line Analyst, as Computacenter took its first steps in Poland. I was impressed that everyone, in every role, had a real impact on the business. My next step was a completely new project, where we managed to quickly create a strong team who motivate each other to keep getting better.
Working as a First Line Analyst allowed me to get to know the IT world. My experiences and the people I worked with made me sure that I was in the right place. After 1 year I was promoted to Service Coordinator, where my colleagues and I continually improve service levels and meet our client's expectations.
