Accelerating Female Leadership

In 2018, Computacenter launched its first-of-its-kind program to mentor and accelerate the careers of talented women within the business: Growing Together. Founded and chaired by Karen McInerney, Group Financial Controller, winner of the CRN Executive Mentor of the Year 2019, the program has been an outstanding success. Our vision is clear, we want to have a strong and confident pipeline of female talent who are empowered and equipped to play a significant role in the leadership of our business. The program focuses on networking, engagement, and education, whereby guest speakers, executive sponsors, participants, and business leaders can work together to build upon on the next generation of female leaders within our business.
