To ensure deliverables are met following SLAs and KPIs while supporting commercial development of the Contractual Services activities.


  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Previous service management experience
  • Awareness of industry
  • Crisis management skills


Service Management : 40%
  • Understanding and creation of Service Performance reporting
  • Presentation of service deliverables to customers
  • Discussions relating to service delivery
  • Addressing issues and reviewing processes to resolve them
  • Service Development through innovative solution to benefit both Computacenter and customer
  • Development of relationships with Internal Service Providers (TRG; Resource Managers;...)
New Business Opportunities: 30%
  • Work with customers to potentially reduce their contract cost while maximising our revenues by proposing new service offerings.
  • Work with client and sector directors to develop new service offerings.
  • Generate awareness of current service offerings through presentations, active marketing and general discussion
  • Assist with preparation of proposals and costing with account teams
  • Qualify new opportunities
  • Promoting service offerings to sales teams
Financial Management : 20%
  • Profit & Loss Management
