What we do

Upon agreement of terms, the desire of both customer and supplier to transition product purchases to the new supplier can be rapid so that the benefits of the new relationship can be realised as quickly as possible.

Operational process regarding the fulfilment of product which allows the two companies to work together and successfully transact product is often deemed unnecessary and only put in place as and when needed or after an issue or problem has occurred.
For many customers, this means service dissatisfaction internally and to their own customers, impact on resource and business continuity.

How it helps

Computacenter's Product Fulfilment Service exists to enable operational processes to be put in place with customers to ensure seamless transaction with Computacenter from day one of service and through to ongoing service maintenance. The processes and information included within the Product Fulfilment Service are structured around Computacenter's best practices which are robust, repeatable and measurable and in place across many of Computacenter's customers.

By using processes which already exist, the implementation of operational process is very quick and efficient.The following areas will be agreed, implemented and documented:

Contact management: account team with full contact details, roles & responsibilities, communication routes and escalation channels, defined working hours

eCommerce solutions: implementation of our webshop Connect

Service fulfilment: product and pricing management, stock management, quotation and order processes, logistical services including delivery, configuration/asseting, returns, invoicing, operational reporting, quote and delivery service levels

Service measurement: governance meetings, service levels, customer satisfaction, management reporting
