ISO 20000 Work is currently under way to define the scope for computacenter’ ISO/IEC 20000 Certification. As part of this activity, the intention is to integrate ISO/IEC 20000 standards into our Shared Services Factory. This will ensure that the Shared Services Factory delivers the benefits associated with the adoption of ITIL methodologies and helps support the audit process for certification.
