Organisational change announced

Today we are announcing an organisational change within Computacenter that will bring together our three UK operating divisions; Supply Chain Services, Managed Services and Professional Services, into a single, customer facing organisation. We believe these changes further enhance our operational and marketing effectiveness and, in particular, facilitate our continued drive to grow our services and cross sell these into our customer base. This does not change our outlook for the performance of the Group in the remainder of this year.

Earlier this year David Courtley joined us in the position of Group Services Director. David has subsequently accepted an offer to join a start-up business in a non-competitive field. He has therefore resigned from Computacenter and will be leaving shortly. David has made a valuable contribution during his short time with the company, however he did not hold a main Board position and there are no immediate plans to recruit a direct replacement.
