Unlimited technical support for users 24/7. Apple will provide technical support for hardware, operating systems and native Apple apps. Local language support during business hours.
With AppleCare Help Desk Support included the IT department has unlimited telephone technical support for hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting. 24/7 one-hour response for P1 issues and support for MDM, security and deployment technologies.
AppleCare for Enterprise is available in volume-based price tiers starting at 200, 1000 and 5000 covered devices. The device repair and replacement pools can be used for any reason other than theft or loss and is managed directly with Apple. Additional IT support is available by purchasing AppleCare OS Support.
