Mike Norris

PRESIDENT DIRECTEUR GENERAL

Mike Norris est le PDG de Computacenter depuis plus de 20 ans. Fer de lance de la stratégie du Groupe ainsi que de ses ambitions de croissance, il s'assure que l'entreprise apporte de la valeur à ses clients et ses actionnaires. Mike a rejoint les équipes de vente de Computacenter en 1984, juste après avoir été diplômé. Il a assuré différentes fonctions avant de prendre la tête de Computacenter Groupe en 1994. Mike est diplômé en Mathématiques et Sciences Informatiques de l'université d'East Anglia et a reçu un doctorat honorifique de Sciences de l'université d'Hertfordshire.

Tony Conophy

Tony Conophy

DIRECTEUR FINANCIER GROUPE

Tony Conophy est directeur financier groupe depuis 1998. Membre du Institute of Chartered Management Accountats depuis 1982, il a rejoint Computacenter en 1987 en tant que contrôleur financier, puis il est devenu directeur financier en 1991 avant d'être appelé au poste de directeur commercial et financier avec pour responsabilité toutes les activités financières en 1996.

Chris Webb

DIRECTEUR DES OPERATIONS DE SERVICES GROUPE

Depuis qu'il a rejoint le groupe en 1990, Chris a occupé de nombreux postes de responsable, dont 4 ans en tant que DG de Computacenter France. Aujourd'hui directeur des opérations de services, il est responsable de la mise en œuvre l'ensemble des opérations de services. Chris est diplômé en gestion ainsi qu'en sciences chimiques.

DIRECTEUR DES OPERATIONS DE DISTRIBUTION GROUPE

Mike est entré chez Computacenter en 1985 en tant qu'account manager, et a par la suite occupé différents postes dans la vente, les professional services et la gestion des fournisseurs. En qualité de directeur des opérations de distribution et membre du comité exécutif, Mike est responsable des inside sales, de la chaîne logistique et de la gestion des partenaires.

COUNTRY UNIT DIRECTOR UK

Kevin dirige Computacenter UK et il est responsable des relations et engagements client sur l'ensemble des secteurs d'activité. Kevin a rejoint Computacenter en 1990, et il a occupé différents postes de direction au cours de sa carrière, en gardant toujours comme ligne directrice axée sur le client.

Reiner Louis

Reiner Louis

Managing Director, Germany

From overseeing sales to managing consultancy teams, Reiner has enjoyed a diverse career at Computacenter. He joined the company in 1994 as Head of Customer Services and went on to hold various managerial positions before moving to his current role in 2013. Reiner was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s service management systems.

Managing Director, France

Lieven joined Computacenter as a team leader for Belgium’s consulting division in 2000. By 2008 he had been appointed to the role of General Manager for Computacenter Benelux, with responsibilities including aligning local business to the services and solutions portfolio and growing market share. In 2015 he took on his current role as Country Unit Director for France.

Jurgen Strijkers

Managing Director, Belgium

Jurgen joined Computacenter in 2001 to support the delivery of global contractual services for a customer in the financial services industry. He was then promoted to overall Service Manager, and in 2007, took responsibility of all Managed Services business for Computacenter Belgium and the Netherlands. He was appointed as Country Unit Director for Belgium and the Netherlands in 2015. Among other business qualifications, he holds an MBA from the University of Bradford.

Massimiliano D’Auria

Massimiliano D’Auria

Managing Director, Switzerland

Massimiliano D’Auria is the CEO of Computacenter Switzerland. After founding DAMAX AG in 1999, Massimiliano became part of the Computacenter team in 2011 when the Group acquired a majority holding in DAMAX. Massimiliano has an MBA from the Zurich International Business School.

Fraser Phillips

Fraser Phillips

Head of Group Legal & Contracting

As Computacenter’s Head of Group Legal and Contracting, Fraser advises on large services engagements, particularly those involving multiple partners. He took on his current role in 2013 after a six-year tenure as Head of Legal in the UK. Fraser qualified as a barrister in 1997 and has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

Barry Hoffman

Group HR Director

Barry is responsible for Computacenter’s Group-wide HR strategy and in-country HR functions. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Barry has more than 15 years’ experience in the IT industry. He joined Computacenter in 2008 and has an MBA and a Master’s degree in employment law.

Mark Slaven

Group Chief Information Officer

Mark joined Computacenter in 2001 as UK Information Services Director. Following the acquisition of the German business in 2003 his role expanded to cover all Group companies as Group CIO. He is responsible for all of Computacenter’s systems and infrastructure and has played a key role in the design and development of most of the systems in use across the Group.

Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss

Head of Group Strategy & Marketing

Michael is responsible for developing and driving Group strategy and for brand and messaging. Having worked with BCG, he joined the company in 1997 as an Account Manager, and has also held roles in quality management and managed services. Michael is a GE certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt.

Neil Hall

Neil Hall

GROUP DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS ENABLEMENT & CONTRACTUAL SERVICES

As Group Director of Business Enablement and Contractual Services, Neil is responsible for Contractual Services Sales and Solution Design, along with key business enablement functions such as governance, contract and bid marketing management. Neil joined Computacenter in 2001 as part of a TUPE process and has held management positions in the UK and Germany for more than twelve years.
