With a growing remit and an increasing reliance on online technologies, the Commission must ensure that its IT infrastructure can cope with the changing needs of thousands of charities across England and Wales.

To help ensure its services are stable and of a consistent level of quality, the Charity Commission signed a five-year agreement with Computacenter Services.

As well as assisting with the delivery of core IT services, such as network and desktop support, Computacenter has also helped the organisation transform its infrastructure by deploying new technologies, such as VOIP and email archiving.

Thanks to this new environment, the Commission can now achieve more for less, which means it is better placed to support business growth and the introduction of new online services for its customers.
