
News and information company Reuters has selected Computacenter Services as its new IT partner to facilitate an improvement programme designed to increase service levels and control costs.
The four-year contract will support Reuters’ systems and customers in the UK. A comprehensive set of IT infrastructure support services are being provided, including: service management, despatch desk, supply chain logistics, incident, move & change management and decommissioning.

Using Computacenter Services’ unique Shared Services Factory and its Technical Resource Group of skilled engineers, Reuters will be able to take advantage of a range of industry best practice methodologies to optimise service delivery.
