27/03/06 - Worldwide Services Contract for 5000 IT workstations / services for its locations in Germany, in Luxembourg, in the USA, in Hong Kong and Dubai
Deutsche Börse AG has renewed for four years the global Managed Services contract with Computacenter. The contract has a value of several million euros. Computacenter employees provide the worldwide user helpdesk, deliver second-level support and are responsible for moves, for the operation of the test centres, the asset management and the maintenance of 5000 IT workstations at Deutsche Börse AG offices. Computacenter provides services at all sites of the Deutsche Börse AG in Germany, at Clearstream offices in Luxembourg, in Switzerland and in the United States and also at branches in London, Paris, Chicago, New-York, Hong Kong and Dubai.
