Computacenter is pleased to propose its advanced session of the "ITIL Problem Management" training course.
It will take place in our offices at Zaventem on 29 -30 November and 1th December 2006.
This 3 day course will introduce you to the essentials ITIL Management processes, methodology and practical examples.
You will also have the opportunity to discover concrete examples and to share your experience with the other participants.
If you wish, you can end the training with an exam for the ITIL Problem Management Certificate.
You will find enclosed a complete description of this training course and an enrolment form, should you wish to take part.
