Computacenter Belgium is experiencing an explosive growth and therefore are we looking for an experienced Consultant CISCO VoiP Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales team in defending Cisco solutions
  • Advise customers on Cisco Unified Communications products
  • Design Unified Communications solutions
  • Provide technical input for proposals

Configure and implement complex solutions
Act as technical point of escalation for support
Maintain current and thorough knowledge of Cisco technologies, with particular emphasis on Unified Communications (Call Manager, Unity, IPCC Express, Meeting Place, etc.) and relevant complementaty technologies (e.g. Fax-over-IP, video, call recording, accounting and billing, etc.)
Conduct network and voice assessments/ readiness assessments
Implement connectivity to legacy customer systems
Work with our client's customers to evaluate network health and capacity planning
Implement the overall solution for our customers, including development of design documents (dial plan, testing plan, etc.)

Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to our client's customers upon project completion
Will be tasked with product evaluations, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.

Description

The Consultant is responsible for overall delivery of solutions based on Cisco's Unified Communications portfolio, with a significant emphasis on IP Telephony. While the focus of this position is on post-sales implementation, there will be occasional pre-sales responsibilities as well. The position requires strong technical and customer interaction skills.

An ideal candidate would possess a solid background in the design and implementation of VoIP networks utilizing Callmanager (Express) and Unity applications, and would have worked on small to medium VoIP rollouts in the past.

Your Profile :

You have excellent technical skills (CCNA, CCNP or CCVP is mandatory), CCIE is a plus.
You are a highly motivated person speaking Dutch, French and English
Must have strong Cisco VoIP Implementation Experience with Callmanager, CallManager Express and Unity applications
Must be able to multi-task and accommodate requests from multiple customers and our client's sales executives
You have excellent customer communication skills
Must be able to have a business level conversation with our customers and assist them in deploying solutions to meet business requirements
Strong Cisco technical background particularly around Unified Communications technologies.
Experience with Legacy PBX integration desired
Strong Consulting background focused on Cisco solutions preferred
At least 2 years experience delivering Cisco IP Telephony solutions, with a strong LAN/WAN background and experience in implementation and support of the following:

  • Cisco Catalyst switches
  • Call Manager Express
  • Call Manager
  • Cisco Integrated Services Routers
