Your Challenge :
Computacenter Belgium is experiencing an explosive growth and therefore are we looking for a Service Desk Specialist who will have the following responsibilities :
- You will be the primary point of contact to the customer base for supporting existing solutions.
- You will take first level calls for both Infrastructure and Applications for customers around the world (making strong English and French mandatory)...
- Knowing that the majority of calls are Infrastructure, we are focusing on skills, but also need to look for applications aptitude and interest.
- You will develop the Customer Service model: how optimize the customer service and increase overall service levels.
- The team member will triage calls, address the ones that can be addressed in a short period of time and then escalate appropriately.
- When time permits, the team member will work longer and go technically deeper to resolve the problem to help protect more senior staff from project work interruption.
- You will have past experiences and desired career path focus on customer care, service communication and training.
Your Profile:
Technical Skills
- In general good knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware
- Microsoft Operating System and Office
- Basic Networking/Server administration
- Good customer service traits
- Ability to provide users trainings and manuals redaction
- Experience supporting and doing basic level troubleshooting on an ERP application would be an asset.
Other Skills
- Communicative and customer/service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical, process oriented (ITIL)
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on daily tasks and project work is definitely a plus.
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written in French AND English
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required. Two years of IT technology experience in networking, telecommunications, or technical support may be substituted for each year of college not completed.
