Job description :

First line user support for PC's related problems via telephone.
Accurate identification of the cause of the user problem and determination of the most suitable solution via IT support tools.
Accurate and timely escalation of problems to second level support group.
Promotion of the services of the IT call center to the users.

Your Profile :

6 months experience in IT support, high interest in IT and keen on establishing a career in IT.
Good knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (MS WIN 9x, NT, 2000 or XP or Linux) ,standard software packages and basic networks.
Fluent in French and Dutch with good knowledge of English.

Service-minded, stress resistant, team-spirit, organised, problem-solving, precise, assertive.
