Computacenter Belgium is experiencing an explosive growth and therefore are we looking for a H elpdesk First Line Analyst
Within an on-site customer helpdesk service, you will provide centralized advice and support to users of IT applications in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA).
You will work within an agreed Helpdesk shift pattern, supporting users in different countries.
We expect you to deliver outstanding customer service by understanding users' IT and business needs.
Your Profile :
Good command of English (spoken/written) is key. French and Dutch or other Languages are an asset.
Understanding of corporate IT environments and their services to end users
Good knowledge of PC platform and Microsoft environment
Positive, enthusiastic and supportive individual, both of corporate / client objectives and of team members
High levels of personal responsibility and problem ownership
Ideally 12-18 months experience in a technical support environment Previous customer service experience.
