Your Profile:

Computacenter Belgium is experiencing an explosive growth and therefore are we looking for an HP Peregrine Service Center Administrator.

To a solid education you should add several years of working experience in a complex IT environment, sound general IT knowledge, experience in Peregrine Service Center, advanced Excel knowledge and excellent written and spoken English and Dutch. Any additional language skills are a strong asset (German).
Multiplatform experience as a Server Administrator (Ms Windows – Unix – Linux - … )
- Service - Incident – Request – Change - SLA - Configuration - …
- Understanding of relational databases and writing SQL statements.
- Experience implementing and managing IIS 6 and Tomcat 5 (webservers) to support the ServiceCenter webtier
- Highly Desired: Experience with Connect-It, JavaScript, Asset Center and Get-It suite

You have have strong technical, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with some development/scripting skills .

Also of high importance are excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong accountability and self-motivation. Individual will be a member of the ServiceCenter Support and Development team, responsible for the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the ServiceCenter suite of applications.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for customization, implementation, admin and support of HP ServiceCenter. Planning, designing and executing moderately complex business processes.
Proposing alternative solutions to maintain integrity of the tool and data.
With profound conceptual skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, activities, projects and sub-projects at the same time, you have the prerequisites for a smooth start. As an initiative, flexible, persistent and experienced personality with drive and high teamspirit, you are used to work independently and with efficient, pro-active and service-oriented working methods. Your responsibilities:

In this process-oriented function within the global IT operation team you are supporting all present and future worldwide tool requirements and technical user alterations. The Peregrine Service Center provides the standard tool for the change, asset and request management processes. Therefore you coordinate the support activities with the BE team, ensure that the change management is in compliance with the tool, formulate tool change requests, design training concepts for new users and are providing the tool trainings. Further you are responsible for the workbook, the current tool improvement as well as for the process and tool interfaces to internal and external technical customers and suppliers. We count on you to design and develop Reports, and to setup change reportings and forecasts regarding the key performance factors given by the global change management process.
